Activities
Graduation Project
Purpose: The Downingtown Area School District Graduation Project provides each student with the opportunity to go beyond the traditional educational program. By transferring learned skills to self-selected area of physical, intellectual, or artistic interest, students will:
- Expand their personal knowledge
- Apply learning to practical, real-life situations
- Explore career paths
- Become lifelong learners
Clubs
Clubs and after school, extra curricular options are a great way for students to stay active and engaged in the learning environment, and to pursue interests outside of the classroom.
Anyone can start a club. All you need to do is have a faculty advisor and find at least 10 people who are interested in joining the club. Then you must propose the club to Asst. Principal, Mr. McComsey.
To join a club, see the club advisor listed.
As with all school activities, the Downingtown Area School District Code of Discipline applies to all students involved in an after-school activity and/or club.
